Prisoners For Christ

What We Do

What We Do

Our Mission is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to men, women, and juveniles in jails and prisons in the Pacific Northwest, across the United States, and around the world by providing church services, Bible studies, seminary-level classes, outreach concerts, and one-on-one mentoring.

There are 2.3 Million prisoners in the United States alone.

1 in 31 U.S. adults has been detained or on supervision*.

PFC serves inmates at prisons, jails, and juvenile facilities in Washington state and Arizona. We also provide an in-depth Bible study correspondence school, an inmate newspaper called Yard Out, and Christian pen pals, all of which minister to the inmates in ways beyond weekly and monthly services.

Part of our mission is to minister to those incarcerated around the world. Currently we are in Africa, India, Nepal, Russia, the Philippines, and more. Some of the goals of our International Mission Trips are to equip local pastors, train their volunteers, and visit the local prisons with the National Volunteers.

We offer free training for anyone who wishes to be equipped to serve in prison ministry at any capacity. We offer online resources as well as PFC-University classes twice a year at no charge. We offer basic prison ministry courses and advanced courses that cover a variety of topics pertinent to prison ministry.
